Significant change often requires consistent collaboration. Many experience noticeable results after just a few sessions. For sustainable transformation, 8 weeks of weekly sessions is a good benchmark, though some clients find therapy so valuable that they choose to continue for longer.

Weekly sessions are recommended for the best results. However, if bi-weekly sessions are more practical, that’s also an option. In certain cases, we can even stretch it to every three weeks.

I offer sessions in both Swedish and English. I also speak Spanish at an upper- intermediate level. While I don’t conduct full sessions in Spanish, you’re welcome to use it during our sessions if you need to express something or can’t find the right words in English or Swedish.
